Helpful Tips

  1. Do not have any heat treatments after waxing, this includes sunbed, sauna, steam, swimming and sunbathing.
  2. Do not wear jewellery when having treatments.
  3. Bring open toed shoes when having a pedicure.
  4. Wear dark loose clothing when coming in for a St. Tropez treatment.
  5. Pay before your manicure and have your keys and handbag ready before you leave.
  6. Wear underwear when having any body treatment or massage.
  7. Shower before a body massage treatment particularly after exercise.

Cancellation Policy

Hidden Secrets offers high quality and professional services to all our clients. All the staff are fully qualified and experienced therapists.

Hidden Secrets has a cancellation policy. To secure an appointment, credit or debit details will be required at the time of booking. A £15.00 deposit will be required, NO DEPOSIT NO BOOKING, also at the time of booking a £30.00 deposit will be taken on clay wrap treatments. Clients wishing to cancel or change an appointment are requested to give 24 hours notice, if this notice is not given the deposit will be taken and full payment will be taken on the next visit.

Appointments made on the same day of booking cannot be cancelled.

Please try to be 5 minutes early for your appointment. Appointments later than 15 minutes will be cancelled or a reduced treatment time will be offered depending on which treatment it is otherwise a new appointment will need to be made and you will lose your deposit.
